WATSON LAKE

Watson Lake was to be a key stop for our group as Jim and Ruth were going to place88 Illinois license plate there. We stayed at an RV Park that started to set the standard for the north where it is like a gravel parking lot, very close side by side but full hook ups. The Mosquitoes start to become a little more noticeable but not bad.
We took in the Northern light presentation of what it is like to view the northern lights and the understanding of what they are from pervious generations.
We met a lady in the visitors centre who remembered John Doyle and she was sure that her husbands parents knew him as they owned the local hotel for many years.
